Vice President: Michael Comstedt, CO
My wife Kyle and I have been owners for the past ten years. Enchanted with Molokai at first sight, I am looking forward to keeping our slice of paradise in good order and giving it the attention it deserves. I am a retired Chef/owner of Greenbriar Inn in Boulder, Colorado. I have served on the American Culinary Federation Board as Apprenticeship director for the Rocky Mountain region. Kyle is a Registered Nurse and director at Milestone retirement communities in the Rocky Mountain region. Michael spends most of the winter and spring each year at Kepuhi Beach Resort.

Carrie Thomas and spouse, Jim, became owners in 2006. Both are retired from a large public utility in California. They have been owners of property in Maui for 35 years and came to the Friendly Isle for R&R from the crowds and traffic of the Valley Isle…Moloka’i is the perfect place.
Carrie will be working toward the installation of an onsite solar photovoltaic project to reduce WMR’s energy costs.
